Sunshine...On My Shoulders

Makes me happy. Oh the beautiful sunshine is out and I'm loving it. I've started riding my bike to work. Yep the whole 1/2 mile to work. I click on my iPod and off to work I go. In my ears are blaring the sound of Hinder's - By the Way. People are probably laughing at me when they see me on my little hot rod bike. Its all rusted over, the seat has its cover ripped off and has two bite marks in it where a coon or squirell has eaten it. I cant turn my handle bars because the nut holding my tire straight is broken and the wheel wont turn along with my handle bars. So I have to lean when I want to turn. Whew....a lot of complications.

So get this...those of you who know me, know that I and my father are not close. In fact we are complete opposites and in fact dont even talk anymore and havent for about 3 1/2 years now. I get a letter the other day in the mail addressed to my fiancee. It didnt really make much sense to me just blah blah blah. But in this letter he asked me to make a list of things that I dont like about him because he would like to know. Well I've been telling him for the past 3 years. But...since he asked I got a composition notebook and started writing. Was that a good idea...what do you think? I wrote 17-18 pages if I remember correctly.

71 days left and counting. Everyone keeps asking me if i'm getting nervous. Nervous?!? No! Excited...Yes! I'm starting to act like a wild banshee. I cant even imagine what i'm going to be like the week before the wedding. Hmmmm....I'm probably going to drive everyone nuts.

A little girl at my mother-in-laws daycare, she's four, told me that my fiancee and I are going to be her parents and that her mom is going to be her step mom and she isnt going to miss her at all. haha. She thinks that she is moving in with us. Such a little cutie pie. There is another one, she's just turned two, she's in love with me. Her mom told me that she prays for me "every night" and that when they pray if they dont pray for me she gets mad and makes them repray. hehehe. I thought that was pretty darn cute.

Church -

Three little boys were concerned because they couldn't get anyone to play with them. They decided it was because they had not been baptized and didn't go to Sunday School. So they went to the nearest church. Only the janitor was there. One little boy said, We need to be baptized because no one will come out and play with us. Will you baptize us?" Sure," said the janitor. He took them into the bathroom and dunked their little heads in the toilet bowl, one at a time. Then he said, "You are now baptized!". When they got outside, one of them asked, What religion do you think we are?" The oldest one said, We're not Kathlick, .....because they pour the water on you." "We're not Babtis, .because they dunk all of you in the water." "We're not Methdiss, .because they just sprinkle water on you." The littlest one said, "Didn't you smell that water!" They all joined in asking,Yeah! What do you think that means?" I think it means we're Pisscopailians.

"No Daddy, She's upstairs in the bedroom with Uncle Paul " After a brief pause, Daddy says, "But honey, you haven't got an Uncle Paul" "Oh yes I do, and he's upstairs in the room with Mommy, right now" Brief Pause "Uh, okay then, this is what I want you to do. Put the phone down on the table, run upstairs and knock on the bedroom door, and shout to Mommy that Daddy's car just pulled into the driveway" Okay Daddy, just a minute." A few minutes later the little girl comes back to the phone. "I did it Daddy" And what happened honey?" he asked. "Well, Mommy got all scared, jumped out of bed with no clothes on and run around screaming and tripped over the rug, hit her head on the dresser and now she isn't moving at all!" Oh my Goodness!!! What about your Uncle Paul?" "He jumped out of the bed with no clothes on too. He was all scared and he jumped out the window into the swimming pool. But I guess he didn't know that you took out the water last week to clean it, he hit the bottom of the pool and I think he's dead."

Goodness Gracious

So we started to make our wedding invitations today. If they werent so darn cute I'd probably be complaining on how long it took us. Anyway, we have navy blue and a spring yellow. We got card stock in those colors and white. We printed our invitations on the white paper and alternated using the yellow and navy as the backrounds. We punched in corner punches and just sat the white part right in. Perfect fit. Then we punched in some more punches for decorations and tied a pretty little ribbon on there, opposite the color of the backround.

We sat at the kitchen table for about 6 hours straight. Well they did, I got up constantly to look at movies and just wonder around, but I did end up doing a lot when it was all said and done. We ended up making about 350 I believe. I dont think that is going to be enough, but we'll just have to see.

So lets see what else has been going on...not a whole lot. I went rock climbing the other day with my little sister. She's such a monkey. We climbed to the top of this...ooo I dont know...ummmm, rocky place, haha, and we are walking along and she decided to jump down onto another rock. Keep in mind that we are a good 60 to 70 feet up. She trips and almost goes over the edge. I'm screaming she's laughing. I about wet my pants. Thats about the most excitement thats been going on. I've been playing a lot of raquetball, and getting ready to start playing a lot of tennis now that the weather is warming up. I'm looking forward to that, and of course going to the lake. Woo hoo. Ok well I'm going to go to bed. I'm worn out from the long day today. Talk later, adios.

Guy Blonde Joke

Blonde GUY joke.....


An Irishman, a Mexican and a Blonde Guy were doing construction work
on scaffolding on the 20th floor of a building.

They were eating lunch and the Irishman said, "Corned beef and
cabbage! If I get corned beef and cabbage one more time for lunch, I'm going
to jump off this building."

The Mexican opened his lunch box and exclaimed, "Burritos again! If I
get burritos one more time I'm going to jump off, too."

The blonde opened his lunch and said, " Bologna again! If I get a
bologna sandwich one more time, I'm jumping too."

The next day, the Irishman opened his lunch box, saw corned beef and
cabbage, and jumped to his death.

The Mexican opened his lunch, saw a burrito, and jumped, too. The blonde guy opened his lunch, saw the bologna and jumped to his death as well.

At the funeral, the Irishman's wife was weeping.She said, "If I'd
known how really tired he was of corned beef and cabbage, I never would have
given it to him again!"

The Mexican's wife also wept and said, "I could have given him tacos
or enchiladas! I didn't realize he hated burritos so much."
