Overused Words and Phrases

Over the years of my life I have realized that every person has a certain word or phrase that they say constantly. Most of the time they have said it so much in their life that they dont even realize that they use that word/phrase. And nowadays with new movies coming out like the recently very stupid Napoleon Dynamite....AHHHH....those phrases are being used every single freaking day of the week. These here are words and phrases that are used way too much throughout the day.

  1. Huh
  2. Gosh
  3. Freakin' idiot
  4. Whatever I wanna do...Gosh
  5. Your mom goes to college
  6. Ummm
  7. Geezzz
  8. Come here Tina...you fat lard, get your dinner.
  9. Eat your food!
  10. EAT!
  11. That sucks
  12. Whatever
  13. Shut up
  14. Dont be jealous that I've been talking online with hot babes All Day.
  15. I Love You - Not a bad saying, but it is used ("way too much" WAY TO QUICK") I dont think people stop and think what these words actually mean anymore. The way people use it today the meaning of it is now, "I like you...kinda...maybe...I'll let you know tomorrow" Thats sad.

Ok there are several other words and phrases that annoy me, but this is a boring entry and I am done. Adios.

New Words

Over the past few weeks I have heard a few new words that I have now added to my vocabulary. But not only that I have also heard words that I have heard almost everyday of my life so I figured that since I know them, everyone would know them. But I have heard people much older then I in the past few days stumble over little words. Some long words, but nothing that cant be sounded out. Anyway, where this is all leading me to is...I am going to post some of my favorite words and some new words that I have heard over the past few weeks. Also some old words that I think people should either PRACTICE on or just know. Ok here it goes:

  1. Serendipity - The faculty of making fortunate discoveries by accident.
  2. Epiphany - A sudden manifestation of the essence or meaning of something.
  3. Pretentious - Making or marked by an extravagant outward show; ostentatious
  4. Conceited - Holding or characterized by an unduly high opinion of oneself; vain.
  5. Infatuated - To inspire with unreasoning love or attachment.
  6. Precarious - Dangerously lacking in security or stability.
  7. Adoration - Profound love or regard.
  8. Imperial - Having supreme authority
  9. Ruminating - To reflect on something over and over.
  10. Quid Pro Quo - To give or do something for someone in exchange for something.

There are many more words that I enjoy saying but I can see where this would get quite boring to read. Hope you enjoy those. Have a grrrrrrrrreat day. Adios.

DeeP DArk SEcrETs.

I dont have many secrets at all. Three people in my life know everything there is to know about me, wont mention names but they are all in my age group. I know that they know who they are. So I guess that they arent really secrets just things about me that most dont know about me. So here they are:

  1. I think that Winona Ryder is a fox. I have had a "major" crush on her since I was about 5 maybe 6. I dont care if she is a thief, doesnt take away from her beauty. Mmmmm Mmmmmmmmmmm.
  2. I cheated my way through High School. Yeah thats right...well I guess not the whole way through just in Geography really. I liked to sleep through her class and then I would just "borrow" my friends papers.
  3. I was hit on by a guy once. Freaked me out. If you know me you know that I have a phobia of gay men. I dont like them touching me or even in my presence. Yeah he hugged me eww...and asked me out. Blah.
  4. I voted for George W. Bush. Now not that its horrible cause I would much rather have him then John Kerry. But still just telling ya who I voted for.
  5. I once fell asleep in Spanish class. haha, thats not all...I had one of those dreams that your falling off of a cliff, I woke up screaming and jumping around. Yeah me and my desk took a tumble backwards. I made an excuse up, and now I dont remember what it was, but it must have been pretty good cause I do remember that she believed it.
  6. I am obsessive compulsive about being clean. Germs freak me out. Now not as bad as Adrian Monk, but they still freak me out. Its gross. I have to wash my hands before I eat even if I havent touched anything. Its the principle of the thing.
  7. I made out with my best friend once. I was sad because of a break up and so was she. We both just felt like kissing someone so I told her to come on over and we just made out. hee hee...kinda freaky cause she is more like a sister, but the Deep Dark part about that was, I liked it.
  8. I wanted to work for the C.I.A. I can tell people that now cause I know it will never happen. I wanted to be in the, what they call "Black Ops" part of the company. Dont feel like going into detail so if you want to know about it just have to look it up.
  9. I have a different way to eat each and every candy bar. Its not that deep and dark of a secret but its something that not many people know so I thought that I would share it.
  10. I think that Diane Keaton is a HOT MAMMA! Yeah yeah yeah she's older but who cares, have you seen her. Sure she was hot in The Godfather, I'll admit it, I thought she was a HOT MAMMA back then, but she has aged VERY WELL. I think that she is oooo laa laaaaa.

Ok thats all for now. If I ever think of anything else I guess I'll add it on. But its like I said I dont have many deep dark secrets. These are just a few that I do have. Have a good day. Adios.

The Wedding Attire

Well we went and looked for the dress and we were lucky enough to find it within 10 minutes. We went to David's Bridal and I dropped her off and went over to Starbucks to get me a Frap. Before my order was done I was getting a phone call to come and pick her up. I figured that she didnt find anything cause she wanted me to take her to the Dress Barn across the street. No no no, she found it. The people at David's Bridal told her she was the quickest shopper they had ever had.

Now we went to look for the Bride's Maid dresses and my Best Womans dress. Oh and of course all the other people that need dresses. We found all the dresses but two. But they wont be hard to get at all. The brides maids are wearing a yellow dress and my groomsmen are wearing black suits, and my best woman...hee hee...sounds odd, but she's wearing a black dress with a white stripe across the front.

I dont know what my girls dress looks like she didnt let me see it, not until she's walking down the isle. But I.....wooo hooo found a WHITE SUIT. Oh yeah you read that right, a white suit. But the best thing about this is...with my white suit I'm wearing a pair of Black Nike Shox. HAHA, yes, black Nike shox with a red stripe on them. Yep and my girl is doing the same thing, we bought a matching pair of shox. We had to do something funny and original. Plus who wants to wear dress shoes that long, so uncomfortable. We are getting a lot of flack for that idea but I think its going to be quite fun.

Well thats just a little update on the wedding stuff so far. We closed on our house Friday. That is exciting. We started cleaning everything up and we are going to start moving all our stuff in this week. It still hasnt really hit me yet that I have bought a house. It probably wont either until I get married. 4 1/2 months...thats not very far away. hmmmm...people keep asking me if i'm nervous...for what...nervous about what. Whats there to be nervous about. Spending the rest of your life with one woman never to be with another one ever again as long as you both shall live. haha, whats there to be nervous about. Nope, I'm not, in fact I cant wait. Ok well I'm off to lunch, talk to ya'll later, hope everythings going great. Adios.

I'm A Father!!!!

I am a father. I am so happy. It is an amazing feeling to have a child. Too bad they arent my own. haha...6 little kids, 4 girls and 2 boys, all between the ages of 3 and 5. Its not just they love me anymore they now call me daddy. Which I believe is quite cute. Let me fill you in on why I am smiling so big right now. Kids are so cute with their imagination and their lack of understanding. It wasnt but just a couple of days ago they told me that they were going to marry me. Now I am their daddy. But not just that, they tell me that they are going to marry me and by my kids. That to me is just outrageously cute and funny.

My opinion of kids has greatly changed. I used to think of them as a bother. Fun to be around when I wanted to be around them, but other then that they were in the way. I didnt want any. For the main fact that I was being selfish and wanted to buy only things for me. Not that I have changed my thoughts on still wanting everything, cause I want a lot of stuff. I'm just going to have to manage things better cause I would like a kid or two. My views on them have changed, I just love being around them, especially they young ones because their mind is like a sponge and all they want to do is learn, and their imagination has no limits. They are fun.

Anyway, I'm going to take my little sister rabbit hunting this weekend. That should be fun. I'm hoping that we can get at least 5. Hopefully more but the least amount that I would like is 5, that way there will be enough for everyone to have some. Trust me, if you've never eaten rabbit, you have to try it. If you cook it just right, it has a devine taste that it so much better then chicken. Yeah thats right it tastes like chicken just better. Everything tastes like chicken. Why I even caught a fish in the ocean, it was an Amberjack, it tasted like chicken. Weird. I think that maybe God wanted to play a joke on us so thats why he made everything taste like chicken. He wanted us to wake up every morning and think, hmmm...will it be chicken today or mmmmmmaybe chicken..???... Ok that was stupid.

Well I gotta go, I have a busy afternoon, 5 clients. I'll talk to you later, hope everyone is doing good. Adios.

Where Did It Go?

The weekend seemed to fly by way too quickly. I work on Friday and Saturday so that makes for a shorter weekend. But still...it seemed to just fly by. My fiancee was in Chicago, so I sat at home without her, just waiting for her to get back. Ok thats a lie...haha, I took my kid sister out to eat one night and we just hung out, and the next night I took my other kid sister out. Saturday was a loooong day though. She started her journey home from Chicago around 3:30pm. She called me about every 10 minutes or so just to talk. When she got to St. Louis she told me she was going to pull over for the night and then drive in the rest of the way in the morning. She's an early riser, like 5am everyday. YEAH, my sleeping habbits have changed just a little. Anyway, but at 12:15 who comes walking through the door. What a surprise! That was the best.

Earlier that night my little sister and her buddy that slept over with her did a little performance for us all. They took some of the poems that I've written and turned them into a song and sang for us. Then they did this halarious funky 70's dance to the Bee Gee's song, Stayin' Alive. I've never laughed so hard in my life. Two eleven year old girls doin the disco. Hahaha...you just had to be there.

Lets see...not much else going on. We are trying to get everything together so we can start building onto our house to which we havent even moved into yet. But thats not whats really on my mind at the moment. Right now...James Bond. Yeah, I want a marathon, so I'll be starting that tonight. I havent seen a James Bond movie in a few months so I am just going to have to have a marathon now.

Ok well anyway, thats my life story at the moment. Hope yours is going as good as mine. Until next time...tha tha tha tha tha...thats all folks. Adios!

The Engagement

Something I meant to write about was my engagement. How it all went down. It wasnt too bad for being thrown together in about 30 minutes. I had something elaborate planned, but something came up. Anyway...so the story goes:

I was going to ask her the week after, but she informed me that she would be going to Chicago for a business trip with her boss. I was sad...not only cause I would be away from her for a week, but because I had planned to ask her to marry me that week. Her sister and I had planned out a big ole elaborate surprise. Oh well.

So after I get the news about her leaving, I get with my kid sister and we start tossing ideas around. What are somethings that are important to her in our relationship. The church...ok I have my location. After that I pretty much knew what I was going to do. I went and bought three roses. Two red one pink. I got a friend of mine who works at the church as the sound man and all that stuff. It was going to be perfect for being thrown together.

I took the pink rose and a stool. I sat the rose on the stool in front of the entrance to the church. I took the red roses and tore off the petals. I made a trail from the pink rose all the way to the altar. Then, I took all of our favorite pictures and put then on a slide show on the projector screen. Then, got one of her favorite songs...Love of a Lifetime, by Firehouse, and had it playing. Which is awesome because that is one of my favorites as well. Now all I had to do was remember the little speech I was going to give and get over my gitters.

I made everyone leave. 3 minutes later I see her pulling into the church parking lot. I ran to the altar and waited for her to come walking around the corner. I saw her...my heart started pounding so loud that the people in the graveyard 5 miles away could hear it. I was so nervous that I totally forgot the speech that I had planned. I was stuttering and sluring my words. She was crying and I was just in awww. I finally made it down on one knee and asked the question...to which the reply was of course...YES!

Afterwards we went out and started calling everyone and telling everyone that we saw. We went out to eat and celebrated and just continued to call people. I dont think my heart stopped pounding for at least the next day. But anyway, it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life and I thought that I would share it with you.

Until next time...Adios.
